Type of trailer axle & hub
The trailer axle is a square or round shaft which comes in three styles, straight axles, drop axles, and torsion axles. Lazy hubs, hub drums, and disc hubs are the common types of trailer hubs. Select the right one according to your market and application request.
Hub face and spring center dimension
The generally accepted measurements that define spring axles are hub face, spring center, and overhang.
Load / Capacity of trailer axle & hub
The load rating of the trailer axle needs to support the maximum gross vehicle weight (GVW), which refers to the weight of the trailer and the weight of the intended cargo. If your trailer has more than one axle, split the GVW by the variety of axles to determine the optimum load capacity of each axle.
Mounting Position
